Our Ketjap Manis recipe comes from Indonesia: a sweetened, aromatic soy sauce, that goes so well with so many dishes, that we sell this delicacy also in large 2-liter bottles! The sauce is slightly thicker than standard soy sauce.

Serving suggestion: do as the Indonesians do – once you have finished the satay sauce that comes with our Chicken Satay, dip your chicken in this deliciously sweet soy sauce.
