Our mini version of the original ‘Frikandel’ here. Individually crafted small sausages without skin (but you guessed that already...), made of very thinly minced pork and chicken meat. We add our own secret house-mix of spices to give this bite-sized snack its delicate Frikandel taste.

Serving suggestion: our Mini Frikandels are the ultimate companion for your late-afternoon drink. Serve these little gems sizzling hot, straight out of the fryer, with a healthy spread of our Curry Ketchup on top.
