Yet another favorite snack bite from the Netherlands. We spice up a batch of minced pork meat with some nutmeg, roll this in a jacket of puff pastry and induced it with cheese, covered the top of the roll with some lightly beaten egg.
 
Bake this in the oven until golden brown and crispy.

Serving suggestion: cut the Sausage Roll with Cheese carefully into slices of about 2cm wide with a sharp  breadknife, and serve with a dash of mustard on the side as a snack with afternoon drinks.
